    Well, it depends I guess, if it really eats every seconds of your life. I mean, it always comes in your mind that you are in doubt of your partner or friend. You better ask yourself if you trust him/her or gain confidence might as well.
     
    On lighter side, it helps in a way, it guards your actions thinking that someone might be jealous. It all falls down to one thing. Know your boundaries!

    too much of anything is not healthy.

    dpat balance lang.

    kapag di nagseselos, ibig sabihin, pangit ka! wala kang dating sa ibang babae at napagchachagaan ka lang nya.

    kapag sobrang selos naman, aysus! kailangan mo na ng tangke ng oxygen para naman makahinga ka. kapag sobra, baka yung pakner mo ang pangit? at takot sya na mawala ka sa kaniya? hehehe, joke lang. tuwang tuwa ka naman jan na ayaw kang pakawalan. hehehe.

     

    yun lang.. balanse lang dapat.
